Job description1–3 years of Java development, & optional basic HTML understanding Comfortable reading Java classes / methods and well-formed XHTML markup; familiar with AJAX-driven interactions and event-based (pub-sub) patterns in web UIs. Ability to author clear Requirement Specifications and translate them into executable SIT / UAT test suites. Strong workshop-facilitation skills with both technical teams and business users; Familiarity with React + TypeScript component patterns. Understanding of RESTful services, API-gateway basics (e.g., IBM API Connect), and how front-ends invoke back-end endpoints. Exposure to hosting static assets on AWS S3—enough to understand deployment

BGC, Taguig | Mon-Fri (9AM-6PM) | Onsite
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Analyze JSF XHTML pages, Java Beans, and configurations to identify business rules and system behavior.
- Create detailed System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and Design Documentation.
- Lead and facilitate client workshops to validate requirements and gather feedback.
- Develop and execute SIT and UAT test plans based on the approved requirements.
- Collaborate with Java and React developers during debugging and issue resolution.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
