Job Description

P RIMARY ROLE ON QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Develop and implement QA standards within the organization to improve the standards and processes within the team.
• Identify materials needed to help improve the skills of team members on QA-related matters.
• Conduct regular QA improvement meetings and skill share sessions to help the team.
• Look for ways to improve ways of working including implementation of new QA tools and services such as automated regression testing.
• Works with Product Owners to implement UAC standards that help prevent common issues or common bugs from reoccurring.
• Work with Lead Developers to check on coding standards to help prevent common issues or common bugs from reoccurring.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, management, or other related fields. A keen eye on details. Mobile development, web development, UI / UX background is a plus. An in-depth understanding on industry QA tools, standards, and policies. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Fundamental technical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. A history of supporting successful projects. Open to work onsite if needed, but otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
