About the Role
As a
Client Success Coordinator , you will play a key role in nurturing relationships between our clients and their virtual assistants (VAs). You’ll ensure that clients receive consistent, high-quality support and that their goals are met through seamless delivery. You will also assist the Head of Delivery with SOP development and operational improvement initiatives. This is a
90-day project-based role with the potential to transition into a
full-time or regular position based on performance and company growth.

Zoom , taking notes and ensuring action items are followed through.
SOP Development & Process Optimization
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
ClickUp and
Google Suite to organise documentation, track progress, and maintain client records.
Reporting & Insights
Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing coordination roles.
SOP development or process documentation.
ClickUp, ChatGPT, Fathom, Google Workspace, and Zoom .
outsourcing, staffing, or virtual assistant industry is highly desirable.

Experience in the outsourcing, staffing, or virtual assistant industry is highly desirable.
