We’re looking for a highly motivated Client Growth Specialist to help drive business development through proactive client engagement, lead nurturing, and qualification.
This role focuses on managing inbound enquiries and outbound initiatives to identify which prospects are genuinely aligned with our advisory services.
The goal is to create a seamless and efficient sales experience that allows the Director to focus on converting qualified prospects.

Inbound Lead Management
Respond promptly to incoming enquiries via calls, emails, and social media.Assess client needs and determine suitability for our services.Maintain a professional and informative approach to represent the brand well.Outbound Growth Initiatives
Identify potential new leads through research, databases, and professional platforms.Reach out via calls, email, or social media such as LinkedIn to introduce services and build connections.Nurture cold and warm leads through consistent and value-driven communication.Lead Qualification & Discovery
Run virtual discovery calls to understand client needs, goals, and fit.Qualify leads based on suitability for advisory services (budget, goals, readiness, etc.).Confidently present company offerings and address initial questions or objections.Maintain strong understanding of our services and client profile.Appointment Setting & Sales Handoff
Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings for the Director with pre-qualified leads.Provide detailed briefing notes and context for each appointment.Ensure all appointments are confirmed and prospects are well-prepared for discussions.CRM & Reporting
Keep accurate records of all lead activities in GoHighLevel.Track outreach results, conversion rates, and pipeline health.Provide regular performance reports and insights to improve strategy.Collaboration & Improvement
Work closely with the Director to refine lead qualification criteria.Share feedback on lead quality and communication patterns.Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and conversion.What We're Looking For?
At least 3 years’ experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting — ideally in a service-based or consultative sales environment.Proven ability to handle cold and warm leads, conduct discovery calls, and qualify prospects independently.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a confident phone and virtual presence.Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple conversations and follow-ups.Tech-savvy with experience using GoHighLevel CRM or other CRM tools.Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and process discipline.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Finance preferred.Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work and ethical client service.
