As we continue to scale and evolve, we’re looking for a transformative leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as our next Chief Customer & People Officer (CCPO) - a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, and a champion for both customer excellence and employee success.
About the Role
This isn’t your typical dual-function role. The CCPO sits at the powerful intersection of customer experience and people strategy, driving value across every touchpoint in a global service environment.
You’ll lead thousands of employees through spans and layers of leadership, influencing culture, capability, and client success at every level. As a leader of leaders, you’ll ensure our people strategies directly fuel operational performance and commercial outcomes.
With visibility across the enterprise, this role shapes how we attract, retain, and develop talent—and how we deliver measurable impact for the world-class organisations we serve.

Enterprise Leadership
- Strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on culture, talent, and customer experience
