We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-driven Chief of Staff (CoS) to partner directly with our CEO. This role is designed to amplify the CEO’s impact by streamlining decision-making, driving company-wide alignment, leading strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal processes (including contract reviews), and elevating the CEO’s public presence and strategic relationships.
The CoS will act as the CEO’s right hand - a trusted advisor, project driver, and external-facing representative - ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on the highest-value priorities for growth, culture, and thought leadership.
Qualifications :
- College graduate or have earned at least more than 7 years in the same role.
- Advanced degrees like an MBA or master’s degree or units earned in law are highly valued and can significantly boost a candidate’s prospects.
- 5–10 years of leadership experience in operations, strategy, or executive support roles.
- Proven track record in project management, organizational development, or consulting.
- Experience working closely with senior executives or in cross-functional teams is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Priorities & Operating Rhythm
Support the CEO in setting and communicating the company’s annual priorities.Run the executive team’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence : set agendas, track decisions, and follow up on commitments.Track and synthesize company-wide performance data, creating actionable dashboards that highlight progress, risks, and priorities for the CEO and executive team.2. Process Compliance, Contract Reviews & Operational Discipline
Audit and improve internal processes (sales, finance, delivery, HR) to ensure they are followed consistently.Review contracts and proposals for compliance with company standards, pricing, risk, and approval policies before CEO or legal review.Monitor adherence to company policies, approvals, and governance frameworks.Surface gaps or risks in operational discipline and recommend solutions.Partner with department heads to implement process improvements and track adoption.3. Cross-Functional Alignment
Serve as the CEO’s delegate to resolve interdepartmental blockers before they escalate.Facilitate issue-tracking meetings and ensure decisions are documented and communicated.Maintain clarity and alignment among VPs / Directors on priorities.4. Public Relations & CEO Visibility
Partner with the CEO to craft and execute a 12-month visibility plan : speaking engagements, media appearances, and industry contributions.Build relationships with key journalists, PR agencies, and media contacts to position the company as a trusted cybersecurity leader.5. Strategic Partnerships
Identify and cultivate partnerships with companies, industry groups, and associations that amplify the company’s market presence.Represent the CEO in early partnership discussions and prepare partnership frameworks for CEO approval.Track partnership ROI and ensure follow-through on commitments.6. Special Projects & Systems Design
Lead time-bound strategic projects end-to-end.Design and pilot new cross-functional systems, then transition them to operational owners.Office hours : 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM, Monday to Friday
