This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break)
Total Weekly Hours : 40 Hours
You’ll take full ownership of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy targeting a sophisticated B2B audience of executives and industry leaders. This role is ideal for a creative, analytical marketer ready to make a measurable impact on brand growth through data-driven campaigns, cutting-edge AI tools, and modern marketing techniques.
You’ll have the autonomy to design initiatives, craft engaging content, and foster meaningful connections across the digital platforms that matter most to technical decision-makers.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end social media marketing across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
Create and schedule consistent, high-quality content including posts, reels, and videos tailored to executive audiences
Execute strategic LinkedIn outreach campaigns to boost visibility and engagement
Support promotion of bi-monthly online events attracting 2,000–15,000 professionals
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) effectively with strong prompting and iteration skills
Respond promptly to inquiries and engage with community members to sustain momentum
Develop B2B content that resonates with executives in manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure sectors
Monitor, analyze, and optimize posting schedules for algorithm performance and engagement
Build and nurture relationships within relevant professional groups and online communities
Requirements
2–3 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing
Expertise with LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, including content strategy and analytics (portfolio required)
Strong B2B marketing background, ideally in tech, SaaS, or industrial sectors
Experience creating executive-level content for professional audiences
Self-starter with initiative, accountability, and strong attention to detail
Proficiency with AI content tools and social media management platforms
Demonstrated track record of measurable results
Bonus : Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach automation tools

Requirements
1. Must have hands-on B2B marketing experience
2. Experience across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube —portfolios required
3. Should have worked with industries such as manufacturing, energy, smart infrastructure, and ICS / OT cybersecurity and the likes
4. Must be able to own strategy and execution, not just support (no assistant-level roles)
