Job descriptionMinimum 2–3 years of experience in HVAC sales, design, or project Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and project lifecycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, Tagalog, Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering or CRM tools. Demonstrated ability in technical selling and project coordination. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently within Develop and implement sales strategies for HVAC systems and related Identify and pursue new business opportunities among commercial, industrial, Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to promote Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and project quotations.
