Job descriptionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities among commercial, industrial, Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to promote Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and project quotations. Coordinate closely with the design, procurement, and project management teams Manage client relationships and provide after-sales support for ongoing and Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Submit accurate sales forecasts, project updates, and performance reports to Ensure compliance with company policies, technical standards, and safety Travel extensively within Cebu and the Visayas areas for client calls and project Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC-registered). or Licensed Electrical Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HVAC sales, design, or project Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and project lifecycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, Tagalog, Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering or CRM tools. Demonstrated ability in technical selling and project coordination. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently within
Job Summary :
The Sales Engineer is responsible for managing and expanding B2B sales operations for HVAC / Cold Chain products and systems across Cebu and the Visayas region.
This role combines technical expertise and sales skills to provide effective solutions,
oversee project requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to project
completion. The ideal candidate must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer with HVAC
experience, project management skills, and fluency in English, Tagalog, and local
