Quality Documentation Assistant

WORK-FROM-HOME | NIGHTSHIFT

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

o Request, track, and follow up on quality documentation from suppliers.

o Maintain updated and well-organized records of documents for each brand.

o Ensure timely submissions in line with internal and external compliance requirements.

o Coordinate with the quality teams of each brand to confirm compliance and close gaps.

o Send professional reminders and persistently follow up with suppliers (via email and

phone).

o Support preparation for audits and compliance reviews by ensuring all documentation is

complete and accessible.

o Prepare and present monthly progress reports using graphs and real data.

o Propose and implement innovative ways to visualize results and process progress.

o Identify bottlenecks in supplier compliance and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications :

• Background in supplier documentation management or compliance tracking
• Knowledge in audit preparation & records management
• Skilled in reporting, data analysis & visualization (Excel, dashboards, etc.)
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers / vendors (email & phone follow-ups)
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with quality or compliance teams
