Job descriptionOversee daily operations of the branch Manage and supervise branch staff Develop and implement business strategies Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence Monitor financial performance and prepare reports Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Recruit, train, and evaluate employees Set and track performance goals Build and maintain client relationships Identify opportunities for business growth Coordinate with other departments and branches Resolve customer and employee issues
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years experience in branch or operations management
- Strong leadership and decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze financial data and market trends
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
