Dentist

The Dentist is responsible for diagnosing and treating problems related to patients’ teeth, gums, and other parts of the oral cavity. The role includes conducting examinations, performing procedures, promoting oral health, and ensuring a high standard of care and patient satisfaction.

• Examine patients’ teeth, gums, and mouth to diagnose oral health issues
• Perform treatments such as fillings, root canals, crowns, extractions, and preventive care
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans when necessary
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive dental care, and post-procedure care
• Take and interpret dental x-rays and diagnostic images
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and medical history
• Adhere to infection control and sterilization protocols
• Stay updated with the latest developments in dental technology and best practices
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to deliver seamless patient care
• Refer patients to specialists when advanced care is needed
• 1-3 years of experience
• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree
• Valid dental license to practice in the Philippines
• Proven clinical experience in general dentistry
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Familiarity with dental software and imaging tools
