About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven CSR to join our Screening team. In this role, you will perform background verification reference calls and conduct research in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and productivity.
Note : This role does not involve sales calls, collection calls, or appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct reference calls for background verification and other screening processes.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all data entry and verification tasks.
Consistently meet daily operational metrics and performance standards.
Participate in ongoing training sessions for process updates and regulatory compliance.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support team and business goals.
