Network Security Engineer (AU Global Education, Hybrid)

Schedule : Monday – Friday (9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to support and enhance a global network infrastructure. This role focuses on managing and optimizing secure connectivity through technologies such as Cisco Meraki and Netskope SASE. You will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting network security systems, and collaborating with global IT teams to ensure secure and seamless operations

Skills Required :

• Proven experience with Netskope or any SASE platform such as Zscaler, Cloudflare, or Cato
• Troubleshooting experience with FWaaS, SWG, and ZTNA
• Experience with SD-WAN solutions - design, deployment, and management
• Proficiency with monitoring and management tools such as Netskope Dashboard, Meraki Dashboard, Splunk, and ServiceNow
• In-depth understanding of network protocols and technologies including DNS, DHCP, IPSec VPN, and QoS Traffic Shaping
• Hands-on experience with firewall and security technologies including Meraki firewalls, IDS / IPS, NAC, and VPN.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a global team
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
