QUALIFICATIONS

JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Director (Management) is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing MTI’s Sales Team, and driving business growth across all market segments. This position is management-focused and emphasizes team leadership, sales strategy, and market development, rather than direct sales execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement the company’s overall sales and business growth strategy.Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Team, ensuring alignment with company goals.Set departmental KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met.Oversee Sales Managers and Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support.Ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.Implement structured processes for forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.Identify strategic opportunities for growth across target industries, including Power Plants, Water Concessionaires, Water Districts, and Industrial clientsMonitor market trends and competitive positioning to inform company strategy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
