Well-Being Psychologist (Part-Time)

In this role, you’ll provide confidential counseling and support services to employees, helping to foster a healthy and productive workplace. You’ll use evidence-based therapeutic methods to address mental health concerns, promote resilience, and support well-being.

This role combines individual counseling, group facilitation, education, and collaboration to create a culture where mental health is prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

Mental Health Services :

• Provide individual counseling sessions using evidence-based interventions like CBT, ACT, and MBT.
• Facilitate group sessions and workshops focusing on resilience, coping strategies, and relationship building.
• Deliver creative therapies such as mindfulness, art, or music-based activities.
• Conduct assessments for trauma or crisis intervention, ensuring adherence to escalation protocols.
