Job description14+ years in CRM architecture, with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform . Expertise in customization, integration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions. Strong working knowledge of Azure AD , Logic Apps , API Management , and Azure Functions . Skilled in Agile delivery, CI / CD, and project lifecycle tools like Azure DevOps. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. 6+ years in a solution architect role. Experience working with globally distributed teams. Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
We are looking for a MS Dynamics 365 Senior Manager to lead end-to-end solution design and delivery across enterprise-scale projects..
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Translate business needs into scalable cloud-based solutions.
- Provide estimates, define architecture, and manage sprint planning.
- Guide project teams using Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Conduct quality reviews and proactively identify risks.
- Mentor technical teams and promote best practices in solution design.
- Engage with stakeholders across industries to drive digital transformation.
