About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations with a focus on timekeeping, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and other HR administrative functions. Key Responsibilities :
Monitor and validate daily employee attendance and time records; coordinate with payroll for timely processing.
Assist in the implementation of compensation and benefits programs, including government-mandated benefits.
Support employee engagement initiatives and help address basic employee relations concerns.
Maintain and update HR databases, 201 files, and other employee records.
Facilitate new hire onboarding and documentation.
Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as needed.
Assist with compliance on labor laws and internal policies.
Provide general administrative support to the HR Department.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 1 year of relevant HR experience is preferred.
Familiarity with timekeeping systems and government benefit processing (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
