Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with BIR, PEZA, BOI, and SEC regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, income tax, withholding taxes) and other government obligations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government agencies.
- Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and PFRS compliance.
- Supervise GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and month- / year-end closings.
- Prepare supporting schedules for audits and inspections.
- Monitor PEZA / BOI incentive compliance.
- Lead internal controls implementation and evaluation.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA license required.At least 4 years of accounting or audit experience, preferably in public accounting firms.Preferably experienced with PEZA and / or BOI-registered companies.Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and reporting requirements.Proficient in QuickBooks or similar ERP systems.Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.What you'll get :
