Accounting Manager

Job descriptionLead statutory audits, review site-initiated journal entries, and manage audit preparation and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Establish and maintain proper control and monitoring processes. Monitor cash flow, manage intercompany loans, and conduct variance and foreign exchange analysis. Oversee administrative tasks related to the Petty Cash Fund and fixed asset counts. Supervise and mentor a team of 3 finance professionals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and compliance within the department. Work closely with the Finance Shared Services team and other internal stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure financial data integrity. Bachelors degree in Accounting; must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role with supervisory responsibilities. Proven track record managing full-cycle accounting, audit processes, and statutory compliance. Strong working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, with a keen eye for detail and process improvements. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in large or complex multinational environments is highly preferred.
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the general accounting operations and financial reporting for multi-entity operations. This role is essential for ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and managing month-end close and audit processes, while also leading a small team toward operational excellence.

- Oversee the month-end close process, preparation of journal entries, and accrual accounting. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting compliant with US / PH GAAP and IFRS.
