Position : Accounting & Finance Supervisor

Work Schedule : Dayshift

JOB REQUIREMENT :

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

At least 1 year of experience as Supervisor (Accounting or Finance)

Has experience working in the same industry is an advantage

Amenable to work during Saturday.

Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Coaching and mentoring of finance staff members.

Prepare and go over the requirements set forth by PEZA.

creation of financial rules, procedures, and internal controls.

Make sure that BIR returns and other government agency requirements are filed by the due date.

review of the departments' yearly budget.

Oversee daily accounting activities

Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures and make sure that financial reports are correct and submitted on time.

Compile and evaluate management reports, variance assessments, and financial statements.

Keep an eye on, evaluate, and suggest ways to cut manufacturing costs.

Oversee forecasting and budgeting tasks in conjunction with department heads.

Organize financial and tax audits in conjunction with outside auditors.

Boost internal controls and efficiency by improving financial systems and procedures.

Develop junior accounting employees by mentoring them and giving them performance reviews and training.
