JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assists and collaborates with the Department Head, Assistant Manager, and Senior Trainer in the planning, conceptualization, organization, and development of Training Courses for agency sales force and agency managers.
• Conducts basic and advance Training Courses for agency sales force and agency managers.
• Assists the Department Head in the development of Training Courses for head office personnel with partnership with Human Resources Dept. Conducts the same when needed.
• Collaborates with the team on the conceptualization and design of various training and marketing materials and presentations.
• Assists the team in various events and special projects of the company such as planning and conferences, sales rallies, product launches, awards night, and the likes.
• Assists the Department Head in the conceptualization and design of various sales, marketing and advertising materials.
