Accounting Head

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
• Experience :

o Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

o Crucially, proven experience in property management accounting is required.

o Strong proficiency in accounting software specific to property management (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, SAP).

o Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).

o Solid understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations relevant to real estate.

o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

o Strong leadership and team management skills.

o Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

o High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

environment.
