Customer Service Representative (Billing / Collections)

What You’ll Do :

Handle customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account balances

Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat

Assist with collections while maintaining a professional and courteous tone

Accurately document interactions and resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications :

At least 6 months - 2 years of CSR experience (billing or collections preferred)

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas

Willing to work on day or night shifts
