Overview
Location : On-site, Plaridel, Bulacan (with field operations in Northern Metro Manila and Central Luzon)
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing sales team in Plaridel. This office-based role focuses on developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and helping expand our presence across Northern Metro Manila and Bulacan.
As a Sales Officer, you will handle the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while ensuring our high-performance polyurethane (PU) roofing systems reach contractors, developers, architects, and property owners. You’ll work closely with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Prospect and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Present and promote our PU roofing systems to contractors, developers, and architects
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships primarily from the office (with occasional client visits as needed)
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses, product delivery, and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)At least 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction, roofing, building materials, or industrial sectorsProven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsHighly motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with the construction market in Bulacan and Northern Metro Manila is an advantageProficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)What We Offer
