Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- With at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within a service-based company.
- Preferably has experience in a service-oriented industry.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong skills in presenting ideas and building interpersonal relationships.
- Highly creative, well-organized, and possesses strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development
Identify new prospects and potential customers for the organizations target market.Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients to drive business growth.Analyze potential customer needs and align them with the organization's services to secure new business opportunities.Recognize key decision-makers and gain insights into their strategic business challenges and priorities.Reach out to current and prospective clients about the company offerings and arrange sales meetings.Create and deliver presentations at sales meetings, build rapport with prospects, and suggest appropriate CITS solutions.Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers and potential clients.Negotiate terms such as pricing and timelines, collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth execution.Close deals by securing signed contracts for sales leads.Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.2. Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business contacts, and company stakeholders.Effectively manage client calls and appointments.Work closely with colleagues to ensure that the company services meet the specific needs of customers.Oversee professional sales coordination and account management planning.
