Job Description
PR STRATEGY
- Seek out relevant trends, data and key consumer insights to shape PR strategy
- Develop creative strategies for PR campaigns
- Initiate the planning process for PR requirements and lead cross-functional teams in implementation
- Continuously deepen understanding to become the agency's authority in PR practices and strategies, in order to provide internal and external stakeholders with the best recommendations for each requirement
- Evaluate performance of past PR executions and create performance reports as needed. Continuously strive recommended executions for maximum campaign performance.
BRAND MANAGEMENT
Able to lead cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and excellent delivery of campaign outputsOverall management of timelines, troubleshooting internal and external roadblocks as neededManage supplier contracts, verifying details for SAFs and MOAs for all KOL engagements are aligned with agreed costs before submitting to lead verification.RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Facilitate smart negotiations with KOLs and relevant partners, driving cost-efficiency for all campaignsEstablish strong relationships to create a rich and varied network of KOLs and publishers, elevating SVEN's authority and influence in the PR spaceTroubleshoot KOL concerns and issues independently and cascade to relevant stakeholders as neededRequirements
Must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhereWith at least 3-5 years relevant work experiencePrevious work in a digital agency environment is a plus!Benefits
