The position is involved in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day property management, property maintenance activities, housekeeping, security and resident care of the project. Maintains the policies and rules of the condominium association, performs as human resource professional, responsible for relationship building and acts as communication officer.
Minimum Qualifications :
- At least 3 – 5 Years Experience in the field of Building and Property Management or related industry
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Property Development / Real Estate Management, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Adept in Microsoft applications
- Experience in managing a high-rise building is required.
- Engineering background in an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in properties located in Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig and Quezon City
