Accountable for conducting market study and analysis to better provide marketing support in terms of, but are not limited to branding, planning, research and strategies, public relations and administration, events and logistics and creative communication.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Attends to all marketing deliverables in terms of branding, planning, research and strategies, PR & administration, events and logistics, and creative communication.
2. Prepares yearly budget and marketing plans for all companies and their affiliated brands.
3. Sets company branding and implementation through internal and external stakeholders.
4. Sets research objectives for accurate market information.
5. Creates plans aiding sales in reaching quota by means of sound strategies and promotions.
Qualifications :
1. Must be a graduate of Bachelor's / College Degree in Marketing Management / Business Administration or any related course
2. Must have three to five (3) years working experience in all facets of Marketing
3. Must have at least three (3) years team management experience in supervisory or managerial capacity
4. Must have the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, cross functional team environment with minimal functional supervision
5. Must have demonstrated leadership skills in prior jobs or assignments
