Spanish Bilingual Hiring & Safety Assistant - ZR_29345_JOB

Job Description

This is a remote position.

9 : 00AM to 6 : 00PM BC Vancouver time (including 1 hour of unpaid break. The worker can choose to take 30 minutes of break or not to take break. As long as an 8-hour of work is guaranteed.)

• Specific responsibilities and tasks
• Reviewing hiring platforms and scheduling online and in-person interviews
• Tracking candidates’ interviews progress
• Organizing candidates resumes and interview notes
• Potentially joining the interviews and taking notes (depends on the managers’ requests)
• Organizing health & safety documentations
• Collecting data and preparing health & safety reports
• Required skills or qualifications
• Respond fast
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Any preferred experience level
• Minimum 2 years of hiring experience
