Job Description
You’ll be the operational backbone of a thriving real estate business, managing everything from tenant communications to lead generation. This isn’t just another admin role – you’ll directly impact client relationships, revenue collection, and business growth. The position offers genuine progression from part-time to full-time as you demonstrate your capabilities, working with an established professional who values independence and initiative over micromanagement.
Responsibilities :
- Manage rent collection and expense tracking across two property management platforms (Stessa and Magic Door)
- Proactively communicate with tenants regarding overdue payments and establish payment plans
- Process lease agreements and property management contracts through the DocuSign platform
- Monitor and respond to leads, calls, messages, and texts across multiple communication channels
- Conduct appointment setting and confirmation calls with prospects and existing clients
- Perform lead generation outreach to identify potential sellers and property management clients
- Distribute pre-prepared presentations to interested prospects and schedule follow-up meetings
- Maintain an organized lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities
- Provide bilingual support for Spanish-speaking clients when needed
- Create and manage Google Calendar invites and coordinate meeting logistics
