Job Expectations :

  • Work Setup & Location : Onsite - Ortigas, Pasig (Possible WFH after regularization)
  • Work Schedule : Mondays - Fridays; Morning / Mid Shift

About the Job :

We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Student Enrollment Assistant (English / Mandarin) to support our client's student admissions and onboarding process. In this role, you will engage with student applicants through targeted outbound calls and responsive inbound support, ensuring a smooth and informed enrolment experience. You will handle inquiries across multiple communication channels, provide accurate information about the application process, and uphold service level commitments while maintaining data integrity. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make targeted outbound calls to student applicants to maximize confirmations and enrolments.
  • Provide excellent customer service across various communication platforms.
  • Maintain and provide accurate information on all aspects of the application and enrolment process.
  • Respond to student inquiries via inbound calls, email, and chat.
  • Adhere to established service level commitments and performance standards.
  • Maintain strict data integrity by ensuring all information is accurately and consistently recorded.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the role and overall business requirements.
  • Qualifications :

  • At least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry handling English-Mandarin interactions.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and GDPR is an advantage, but not required.
  • Experience in using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Customer service-oriented, reliable, self-motivated, and flexible.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
