Sales Supervisor (FMCG Non-food)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales efforts in the FMCG (non-food) sector, with a strong focus on modern trade distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic relationships with major buyers in supermarkets, pharmacies, and similar retail channels. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Strategy Execution :  Implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives in alignment with company goals.
• Key Account Management :  Build and maintain relationships with key accounts (e.g., SM, Robinsons, S&R), negotiate contracts, promotions, and pricing agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration :  Supervise, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting :  Analyze sales data to measure performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Market Intelligence :  Identify new product opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Operational Support :  Ensure smooth execution of sales operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and promotional activities.
