We are hiring for passionate and talented QA Team Lead for our awesome team!
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to identify and address any gaps or issues
- Monitor the performance of the customer service team and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement
- Collaborate with the broader team to enhance operational efficiency and overall customer satisfaction
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality assurance activities and findings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and industry regulations
Qualifications :
Should have at least 1 - 3 years' experience in a quality assurance on a BPO set upStrong understanding of quality assurance principles and best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performanceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsRelevant degree or certification in quality assurance, customer service or a related field is preferredKnowledgeable in performance data management and analysisSix Sigma experience / certification is preferredData analytics advance root cause analysisExceptional leadership skills and great eye for detailAbility to teach and mentorMust be willing to work on shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig CityOther info :
