Senior Project Engineer

Job descriptionLeads and supervises project teams including foremen, leadmen, and workers. Prepares construction and manpower schedules to ensure efficient execution. Ensures compliance with approved plans, specifications, and engineering standards through regular site inspections during installation and construction phases. Coordinates with clients, consultants, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure organized and timely project execution. Attends technical and coordination meetings. Prepares weekly and monthly progress reports. Monitors and controls material requests, deliveries, withdrawals, and tracks project budget and cash flow. Handles technical submittals such as drawings, RFIs / RFAs, and as-built plans. Prepares and evaluates progress billings and recommends contractor payment approvals. Well-versed in interpreting various construction plans. Guides and trains new project engineers. Capable of basic lighting design and programming. Handles after-sales service concerns and supervises overall staff and project performance. Performs other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering
- With at least 3-5 years working experience as project engineer
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides)
- Knowledgeable in using basic electrical test equipment .computer aided design, other software. and safety procedures in a construction site.
- Decision making ability and leadership skills.
