Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Management
Lead, supervise, and develop teams across Sales, Operations, Administration, and Support.
Set performance targets, conduct evaluations, and ensure continuous improvement.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
2. Sales Management
Oversee sales operations, strategies, and target achievement.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.
Develop sales initiatives, promotional activities, and customer acquisition strategies.
Coordinate with marketing and business development to drive revenue growth.
3. Operations Management
Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations across all departments.
Develop, update, and enforce operational policies and SOPs.
Monitor process efficiency and implement improvements to maximize productivity.
Coordinate logistics, service delivery, customer handling, and workflow management.
4. Administrative Oversight
Supervise administrative functions such as documentation, office management, supplies, and general clerical operations.
Ensure proper record-keeping, compliance, and timely reporting.
Manage administrative budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
5. Support Function Management
Oversee customer support and service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Resolve escalated issues, monitor service levels, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Review and improve support processes, tools, and communication channels.
6. Business Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and consolidate performance reports for management review.
Track KPIs for all departments and highlight key insights and trends.
Coordinate interdepartmental communication and align teams with company goals.
7. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry requirements.
Conduct periodic audits to assess efficiency and quality of operations.
Drive initiatives that strengthen internal controls and minimize operational risks.
8. Strategic Planning & Execution
Support senior management in planning business strategies and implementing action plans.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
Identify opportunities for growth, operational improvements, and cost savings.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, operations, or administrative management.
Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required.
Background in automotive industry or any related field.
