Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish annual and monthly sales targets to guide performance objectives.

• Oversee the day‑to‑day sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and distribution.

• Develop and manage the national sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Ensure ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
