Duties & Responsibilities
Leads, manages, controls, and monitors the entire sales operation to meet the company's sales quota, and matters arising from collection payment efficiency.
Serves as In-house Sales Director for matters related to sales operations.
Formulation of Agents and Buyers Promotional Incentives as per office approval.
In charge of events planning like open houses, buyer’s orientations, agents' training, and seminars.
Handles basic salesmanship training of new recruits.
Responsible for all aspects of the company’s sales operation.
Plans and organizes sales-generating events, such as open houses, project launches, agent saturation drives, and other sales-generating activities.
Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year course.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
With at least 10 years of experience in the related field.
With at least 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Willing to be assigned in the Bicol Region.
