Job description

Position : General Ledger Associate - Non-CPA (Hybrid) | Makati

Shift :

Morning shift

Work Arrangement :

Hybrid setup (onsite from Tuesday to Thursday); during the first month, onsite attendance is required four days a week

Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree

At least 2 years of experience in General Ledger accounting

Willing to attend in-person interviews in Makati

Responsibilities :

Develop accounting schedules for various countries involved with Locad

Prepare supporting documentation to resolve any issues identified

Verify that all manual journal entries are properly supported

Prepare trial balances for the General Ledger, including consolidation processes

Review and reconcile pending balance sheet accounts

Ensure all transactions are accurately reflected in the Profit & Loss statement
