Marketing Manager - Parañaque - Mandarin Speaking

WORK LOCATION : Parañaque

WORK SCHEDULE : Monday to Friday

SALARY RANGE : Negotiable from ₱30,000 to 35,000

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing Management
• Seasoned professional with significant experience and hands-on knowledge of sales and marketing
• Must have a good understanding of market dynamics, growth opportunities and potential pitfalls in the market
• Must have experience in strategic planning and execution; planning market strategies, advertising campaigns, and knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations, contracting and negotiations
• Strong communication (oral and written) skills
• Knows how to speak Mandarin and English
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership and entrepreneurial skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently, proactive personality
• Ability to interface with partners and leverage on internal research resources
• Motivated, sales-minded and able to close business opportunities
• Understands customer requirements with passion to grow and develop the business
• Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, wordprocessing, spreadsheet software, power point
