Job Description :

• Handles site selection, inspections, feasibility studies, lease negotiations, and store expansion documentation.
• Conducts market, competitor, sales, customer, and product opportunity analyses to support business growth.
• Coordinates with landlords, brokers, mall management, suppliers, vendors, government agencies, and internal departments.
• Supports store openings, marketing initiatives, project timelines, post-opening evaluations, and operational improvements.
• Promotes compliance, teamwork, professional development, and contributes to organizational planning and effectiveness.
