Purchasing Assistant- 1 yr Experience

Qualifications :

• Must be residing outside Bulacan, Manila and Pampanga
• Female only, 23-35 years old
• Graduate of Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Technology except computer major
• With at least 1 year of related experience in construction or manufacturing purchasing
• Willing to stay-in (free food and staff house if once a month uuwi)

Responsibilities :

Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers

Prepare and process purchase orders accurately

Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed

Communicate with vendors to confirm order details and delivery timelines

Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation

Resolve issues related to order discrepancies or delays

Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods

Support cost-saving initiatives and vendor negotiations

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
