Job descriptionMaintain organized documentation of purchasing activities and supplier contracts. Maintain and update procurement records and vendor databases Collect order requests from other Division. Assist in processing purchase orders and tracking order status to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Manage the entire procurement process from requisition to payment Support role handling administrative tasks in procurement. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the superior or management to support the procurement process.
Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word)
- At least 1 year experience in the related field
- Knowledgeable in Quickbooks
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
