Account specific roles and responsibilities :
- Review providers session notes and provide reminders on incomplete data
- Make follow up on providers task via SMS, Email and / or Phone call
- Input providers schedule and assist in correcting issues with the providers schedule on client tools
Job Description :
Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issuesMaintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare AccountVoice account experience is an advantageExcellent verbal and written English skillsProficiency in using MS Tools (Word and Excel)Willing to work onsite in MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftBenefits
