Required Experience :
With JLPT Certificate (N3 / N2 / N1)
With at least 1 year of experience as an Interpreter (Customer Service bilingual is acceptable).

- Verbal interpretation : Facilitate live communication during meetings, conferences, and client visits by converting spoken language between Japanese and another language (typically English).
- Written translation : Convert and translate documents, such as company materials, contracts, and emails, from Japanese to another language, and vice versa.
- Cultural mediation : Accurately convey cultural nuances, idioms, and specific terminology that might not translate directly, ensuring the intended meaning is understood.
- Language support : Provide language training to staff, assist with customer service inquiries, and support other business activities that require bilingual skills.
- Quality assurance : Ensure the accuracy and quality of all translations and interpretations. This may include editing and proofreading translated text.
- Administrative tasks : May be involved in database entry, website content management, or preparing reports as assigned.
