Job Summary :
The Marketing Head for our telecommunications company will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives designed to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and maximize revenue across all product and service lines. This role requires a deep understanding of the telco industry, market dynamics, and emerging technologies, along with strong leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional teams and multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s telco products and services, including mobile, broadband, enterprise solutions, and digital offerings.
Lead, motivate, and manage the marketing team to execute impactful campaigns that resonate with target segments, including consumers, businesses, and enterprises.
Oversee brand positioning, product launches, pricing promotions, and customer engagement initiatives in a highly competitive telecommunications market.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis specific to the telco industry to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Collaborate closely with sales, network operations, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies and customer experience.
Manage digital marketing channels including social media, SEO / SEM, email marketing, and online advertising to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Optimize marketing budget allocation to maximize ROI across various campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to adjust strategies.
Build strategic partnerships with media, advertising agencies, technology vendors, and industry stakeholders.
Ensure regulatory compliance in all marketing communications, adhering to telecommunications laws and guidelines.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience within the telecommunications industry.
Proven track record in leading marketing teams and delivering successful product campaigns and brand initiatives in a telco environment.
Strong knowledge of telecom products, market trends, customer behavior, and regulatory environment.
Proficiency with digital marketing platforms
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven and customer-centric approach.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and fast-paced industry conditions.
