Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Growth Specialist
Schedule : 9am to 1pm EST
The Role : Your Impact
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the critical link between our firm's diverse services (from data analysis to web design) and new clients. You will be the engine of our growth, responsible for generating, qualifying, and scheduling initial meetings with high-potential clients. This role demands an organized, knowledgeable, and energetic connector who can articulate the value of complex solutions.
Core Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Nurturing : Manage and qualify incoming leads from our primary funnels (channel partners like Wix, and client referrals). Rapidly convert these prospects into scheduled introductory consultations with a team expert.
Outbound Prospecting & Outreach : Actively execute our outbound efforts by reviewing opportunities generated from paid campaigns (LinkedIn and Contra). Reach out to qualified prospects and arrange introductory consultations.
Pipeline Management : Utilize our CRM (HubSpot preferred) to track all lead activity, maintain pipeline hygiene, and report on qualification metrics and progress.
What We Are Looking For (Required Skills)
Experience : A minimum of 2+ years in a sales, business development, or lead generation role, preferably selling complex technical or creative services (e.g., digital marketing, web development, consulting).
Domain Knowledge (Crucial!) : Strong foundational understanding of digital marketing and / or website design / development concepts. You must be able to hold an intelligent conversation with clients about their needs, even if you can't execute the work yourself.
CRM Expertise : Proven familiarity with HubSpot (preferred) or another major CRM platform (Salesforce, Pipedrive) for efficient tracking and reporting.
Long-Term Ambition : Clear potential and ambition to advance the role to full Business Development, including scoping projects, running consultations, and writing proposals.
Bonus Assets
Language : Professional working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a significant plus, given our brand presence in certain markets.
Flexibility : This role offers flexibility in hours, as there are ample opportunities available for someone with bandwidth.
