Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , any field. Must have 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Have experience in Fast-food, Retail, Sales / Marketing Industry Skills : Excellent communication in both oral and written, decision making, highly organized Able to Interact, relate and negotiate with tenants in a highly professional manner Computer Literate; Reports and Presentation management skills Candidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
Responsibilities :
- Monitor space availability and occupancy on a per mall level.
- Check tenant mix gap, aging vacancies and provide recommendations thereafter.
- Ensure proper implementation of ingress and egress process.
- Update masterlist, wishlist, mall plan and market profile on a periodic basis.
- Maintain strong relationships with lessees and tenants.
