Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule :

40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts

24 / 7 coverage with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

Part of a 5-6 person team providing 24 / 7 coverage

Initially managing 2-3 creator accounts with potential for scaling

Remote work arrangement

With performance-based growth opportunities

Responsibilities :

Manage chat conversations on OnlyFans platform for multiple creator accounts

Maintain engaging and personalized communication with fans and subscribers

Handle customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner

Follow established chat protocols and messaging strategies

Work collaboratively as part of a 24 / 7 coverage team

Report on chat activity and performance metrics as required

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (written)

Experience with chat-based customer service or similar roles preferred

Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Comfortable working in the adult entertainment industry

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain professional boundaries

Reliable internet connection and suitable work environment

Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
