Business Development Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development VA with a proven background in sales and client acquisition. This role requires someone who can independently manage the entire business development processfrom lead generation and qualification to client onboarding and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting : Research, identify, and qualify potential clients through various channels.
• Sales Outreach : Conduct outreach via email, phone, and other platforms to engage prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Pipeline Management : Track leads, maintain an organized CRM database, and ensure accurate reporting of opportunities and progress.
• Client Onboarding : Prepare contracts, agreements, and onboarding materials, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active client.
• Business Development Support : Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets and implement growth strategies.
• Follow-ups & Relationship Building : Maintain regular contact with prospects and clients to nurture long-term relationships.
